  57. INSTALLING CLOCKMAN95
  58. ====================
  59. Installing ClockMan95 is simple:
  60.  
  61. 1) Copy the clockman zip file into a scratch (temporary) 
  62.    directory and unZip it.
  63.  
  64. 2) Run SETUP.EXE from within Windows.  Setup will let you
  65.    choose the destination directory and which parts of the
  66.    ClockMan95 package you wish to install (program files
  67.    only, help files, Automation Assistants, etc.).
  68.  
  69. 3) Run CLOCKMAN.EXE.  It comes with an alarm file already
  70.    filled with sample alarms for you to try.
  71.  
  72. 4) Choose Help from the System menu to read our comprehen-
  73.    sive online manual.

  170. ClockMan95 is not and has never been public domain software,
  171. nor is it free software.  ClockMan95 is copyrighted by
  172. Graphical Dynamics, Inc.

  174. You are granted a limited license to use ClockMan95 on a
  175. 30-day trial basis for the purpose of determining whether
  176. ClockMan95 is suitable for your needs.  After this initial
  177. 30-day trial license expires, you must register the program
  178. to continue using it.  The use of unlicensed copies of
  179. ClockMan95 by any person, business, corporation, government
  180. agency or any other entity beyond the trial period is 
  181. strictly prohibited.

  183. A single user license permits a user to use ClockMan95 only
  184. on a single computer at a time.
  185.  
  186. No one may modify or patch the ClockMan95 executable filesn
  187. in any way, including but not limited to decompiling, disas-
  188. sembling, changing the icon or string resources, or
  189. otherwise reverse engineering the program.

  191. A limited license is granted to copy and distribute
  192. ClockMan95 only for the trial use of others, subject to the

  263. defects in material and workmanship, assuming normal use,
